WHAT BETTER WAY TO START OCTOBER THAN TO BTFU OVER THE IRISH.
For those of you unfamiliar with the acronym used above, here is a link that might help clarify.
Today is the start of October, and also marks the night game against Notre Dame that all of us Boilermakers have been waiting for this football season. With the game starting at 8 p.m. tonight, that means that we’ll be out tailgating for the entire afternoon. All of the food is set, fresh-made from last night and this morning.
35 BBQ bacon cheddar burgers and a 7″ x 11″ pan full of a six-layer chili cheese dip made with Skyline Chili, cream cheese, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.
The game is going to start at 8 p.m. tonight on ESPN. The last time we had a night game was two years ago, and that was a positively amazing experience on all levels. I hope that tonight’s game can meet, if not exceed, how awesome that last night game was. It’s time to Boiler Up.
